Welcome to Tech Expo, a global arena for tech innovators which is organized under AAVEG'25. Teams will unveil their groundbreaking hardware projects in an online preliminary round, showcasing 1- 2-minute videos that capture the essence of their innovations. The top projects will earn the opportunity to present their innovations offline at AITT, and the winning team will be rewarded with exciting prizes. Join us in celebrating innovation and creativity in the world of technology!

Guidelines:
A team should comprise 1-3 members.

Stage 1: Online Submission

Video Submission:

Teams are required to submit a 1-2 minute project video online.

Submission details will be communicated via email 2-3 days before the deadline.

Utilize the provided form for uploading Google Drive links.

Ensure that your Google Drive link access is open to all.

Each team must ensure a single submission, led by the designated team leader.

Stage 2: Offline Presentation at AITT

Selection Process:

Selected participants will have the opportunity to present their innovations offline.

The venue for the offline presentation is AITT.

In-Person Showcase:

The offline presentation offers a platform for a more in-depth exploration of projects.

Participants are encouraged to engage with the audience and fellow innovators.

All entries should be original work. Plagiarism of any kind is not allowed, and the participant will be immediately disqualified if found.

Registration Fees is applicable.

The presentation round will be held offline at AITT, to a panel of esteemed judges and experts . The details of the final round will be circulated to the shortlisted teams.

All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes professionalism, ethical behavior, and respect for fellow participants.
